Abstract

This invention relates to an anti-cut or anti-stab clothing to be worn by a user in particular those comprising at least one layer composed of woven and/or non-woven fabric, which is composed of a multi-layer structure, like a sandwich, made up of a protective layer comprising at least one protective sheet (4, 5) made of a ballistic-shock resistant material of aramid and/or polyethylene type wherein it includes: - an external coating layer (1) comprising a primary surface sheet (2) made of a water- or cold-resistant fabric of type polyester, polyamide, cotton, tissue or equivalent fabric, wherein said first surface sheet (2) covers a second inner layer (3) made of polyurethane and bonded to said surface sheet (2 ) by bonding means, and - an inner lining layer which consists of at least one thermal sheet (6) integrally formed on the lower protective sheet (5) and consisting of a fabric providing thermal insulation, polyester, polyamide, cotton fabric or equivalent,. and detachable fastening means, located in each of the previous layers so as to allow attachment / removal of these from one another.

Description

ANTI-CUT AND/OR ANTI-TEAR CLOTHING OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the present utility model application is to register an anti-cut and/oranti-stab garrnent, Which guarantees protection to the Wearer of the garrnent fromphysical damage that may result from non-firearrn Weapons, such as sWitch-blade knives, knives and/or similar elements.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, clothing intended for environmental protection of persons, in particular forthe protection from Water and cold, are composed of a polyester or polyamide fabric,Which may include laminates of polyurethane (PTFE). In practice, this type ofstructure does not prevent cuts and punctures made by switch-blade knives, knivesand/or similar elements, putting at risk the lives of users such as security personnel, law enforcement, security guards, bodyguards, hunters and those Who Work Withherds of Wild cattle, among others.
Due to the lack of security for the Wearers of such garrnents, there are a large numberof fatal accidents annually either from bladed Weapons or from attacks by boars, dogs, fighting bulls and other Wild animals.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The anti-cut and/or anti-stab garrnent, Which is the object of the current registration, overcomes the drawbacks cited above, in addition to providing other additional advantages that Will be apparent from the description attached beloW.
Said anti-cut and/or anti-stab garrnent comprises at least one layer of protectionagainst cutting and/or piercing elements, such as knives and other elements, and iscomposed of a multilayer structure, like a sandWich, made up of a coating layer comprising a first surface sheet made of a Water- and cold-resistent fabric of polyester, polyamide, cotton, or of an equivalent fabric, wherein this first sheetcovers a second inner sheet made of polyurethane and bonded to said surface sheetby adhesive means, of the chemical or therrnal type; a protective layer consisting ofat least one protection sheet made of a ballistic-shock-resistant material of typearamid and/or polyethylene, allowing complete anti-cut and anti-stab safety; and alayer of inner lining which comprises at least one therrnal sheet that is integrallyformed on the lower protective sheet and which is composed of a fabric providingtherrnal insulation, of type polyester, polyamide, cotton or an equivalent fabric, which allows the provision of therrnal comfort for the user.
This multilayer structure is applicable to any type of clothing, such as jackets, parkas, coats, trousers, rain jackets or overcoats, etc., so you can benefit from a widerange of different anti-cut and/or anti-stab safety clothing which provides complete security and therrnal comfort to the user.
To complete the description and in order to facilitate a better understanding of itscharacteristics, accompanying this descriptive memory, a set of drawings in which,in an illustrative and not restrictive capacity, the most significant details of the invention are shown.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure l - A front view of a preferred embodiment of a garrnent according to the present invention; Figure 2 - A schematic representation of the cross-section S-S' of Figure 1, where the layers forrning part of the garrnent are shown in greater detail.
DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT In view of the stated figures and in accordance with the numbering adopted, apreferred but not limiting embodiment of the invention can be seen, which consists,as shown in Figure l, of a anti-cut and or anti-stab garrnent of j acket type (10) havingan outer cladding layer (l) which includes an array of reflective elements (ll) attached to said coating layer (l), for example, using chemical adhesives.
More specifically, and as shown most clearly in Figure 2, the jacket (10) is composedof a multilayer structure, like a sandwich, comprising a first outer cladding layer (l)comprising a primary surface sheet ( 2) made of a polyester type resistant fabric thatcovers a second inner sheet (3) made of laminar polyurethane and bonded to saidsurface sheet (2) by chemical or therrnal adhesives, which can be of any suitable typeand commercially available on the market, so it is not necessary to go into greaterdetail in their description; a second protective layer comprising two layers of upper(4) and lower protection (5) overlapping each other and made of aramid and/orpolyethylene, respectively, both sheets bound together by chemical or therrnaladhesives, a third lining layer comprising at least one therrnal protective layer (6)integral with the lower protective sheet (5) and consisting of a cotton-padded fabric sheet .
The anti-cut and/or anti-stab garrnent uses removable fastening methods ofVELCRO® type and/or zips, which allow the connection between the inner sheet (3)of the coating layer (l) and the outer protection sheet (4) of the protective layer andwhich also make the connection between the bottom protective sheet (5) of theprotective layer and the therrnal sheet (6) of the inner liner layer, allowing the disassembly of the protective layer and the inner liner of the outer clothing layer (l).
The details, shapes, dimensions and other accessory elements, as well as thematerials used in the manufacture of anti-cut and/or anti-stab garrnents invention may be conveniently replaced by others that are technically equivalent and do not _3_ depart from the essence of the invention or the scope as defined by the clairns included below.
