Abstract

The invention concerns a fastening ledge for attachment at a lower edge of a canopy for vehicles comprising a ledge part and a wedge element, where the ledge part is intended to abut with its base, in usage position, to a vehicle, and the ledge part shows an upwards open space for receiving a wall of the canopy and the wedge element, whereby the wedge element is pressure insert able in the space so that the wall of the canopy is wedged in the fastening ledge and a method for attachment of a fastening ledge at the lower edge of a canopy for a vehicle, whereby the wall of the canopy is inserted into the upwards open space where after the wedge element is pressed into the upwards open space beside the wall of the canopy so that the wall of the canopy is wedged in the upwards open space in the fastening ledge.
