Abstract

The device comprises a valve for opening and closing a first passage between an upstream first chamber and a downstream second chamber, a second passage between the second chamber and the surrounding atmosphere and a sealing device which opens the second passage when the pressure inside the first chamber falls below a predetermined level and blocks this passage when the pressure is restored inside the first chamber.
