Abstract

The system (S) is for information diffusion and storage with a public extensive radio network (1) and a local, more restrictive radio network (2). It has a first unit (10) for storage receiving and transmission of information related to the public network and a second unit (20) for storage, receiving and transmission of information related to the local network. A third unit (30) is mobile and carried by persons. The third unit contains one or more memory components which can store received information from the first unit when the third unit is within the range (1') of the public network. It can also store information from the second unit when it is within the range of the local network.
