The system has two control valve units (4, 6) connected to two respective hydraulic cylinders (2, 3) for mechanically/electronically regulating two corresponding control units (5, 7) in the form of a vehicle steering wheel/a lever. A prioritizing unit (23) prioritizes one control unit (5), and is controlled through hydraulic cylinders.
