Abstract

The wheel holder (1) is for fitting a wheel (2) on a vehicle chassis frame (3) and comprises a frame (4) to be fixed to the chassis frame so that it extends outwards at right-angles. Fitted to the wheel holder frame is a suspension component (5). The suspension component engages with a part of the wheel removed relative to the chassis frame in the wheel fitted position. The wheel holder incorporates also a support component (6) which anchors a part of the wheel relative to the chassis frame in the wheel fitted position.
