Abstract
The retainer has an internally threaded unit (19) that rotates relative to an externally threaded unit (17a) of an adjustment device. The internally threaded unit has a friction increasing insert (36) that is held by a structure moving with a lever (14). The friction increasing insert is annular and rests on a step of an increased diameter portion of a through hole (35).
