Abstract

The method involves removing milk or other residues present at each of multiple teat cups (19) by flushing each of the teat cups with a cleaning fluid supplied through a supply line (36). The cleaning fluid is evacuated from each of the cups or from the supply line and one of the cup is disinfected by exposing the teat cups to steam. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for cleaning in a milking system.
