Abstract

The device has a fixing unit (6) for attaching to post units intended for a hand rail. A hand rail-joint (7) projecting out of bar interconnects bars in optical sequence. The fixing units located centrally are interconnected to hand rail bars to display complementarily designed heels (12) with three rounded outer edges (24). The heels are disposed alternatively at upper and lower regions of the fixing units.
