Abstract
Channels (11) are formed between the dielectric component (4) and first electrode surfaces. An ozone generator (2) comprises a dielectric component (4, 4') with first and second surfaces, a first electrode (8) on the first surface and a second electrode (6) on the second surface. The first electrode comprises an electrically conductive material with first and second surfaces. The first surfaces on the dielectric component and first electrode are structured so that they form at least one channel in between, these channels forming a defined pattern spread out between the first electrode and dielectric component.
