Abstract

An electric sauna stove having an open-topped frame (2) with stove stones (3) and at least one electric resistor (5) inside. At least one wall of the frame (2) has openings (5), and consequently when the electric sauna stove is used, heat is transferred to the sauna through the openings (5) and when water is thrown on the stove stones, at least part of the water vapour escapes through the openings (5).
