Abstract

The valve arrangement for a gas burner comprises a combustion gas valve (4) for controlling a gas flow and has a component which opens the combustion gas valve, together with a valve (10) controlling air flow, which can be enriched with oxygen or replaced by it. When the air pressure in the combustion chamber is raised, a regulating component is moved and mechanically activates the combustion gas component to open. The combustion gas valve component is linearly movable in a combustion chamber and a component in the air flow control valve (10) is linearly movable in an air chamber in the same direction as the combustion gas valve component. The air flow control valve component is brought into contact with one end of the combustion gas valve component when the air is pressurized in the air chamber.
