Abstract

A tube (5) around an ionization source (7,9-11) is removably mounted inside a seat (3) in the device casing (1). A device for collecting particles (18) from a flow of air (14,15) and collecting them comprises a casing (1) containing a fan (13) for generating a flow of air through it, and containing an ionization source (7,9-11) with a tube (5) around it for separating the particles from the air flow. The casing contains a seat (3) in which the tube is removably mounted. The tube can be sealed with a cover at both ends when it is removed from the seat.
