Abstract

The tube comprises dynamic tube member (12) with open ends (16,17) displaceably arranged concentrically with a stationary tube member, with the actuator devised to displace the dynamic tube member along the stationary tube member for setting the distance between the output opening and the damper surface. The valve comprises a tube (11,12) with an input end (15) and an output end (17), with flow reducer (18) having a damper surface (19) facing the output end for regulating the air flow through the tube, and an actuator for variable setting of the distance between the damper surface of the flow reducer and the output end. The dynamic tube member has an outer damper flange (30) projecting from the output end, this flange having a flange surface (31) which extends between the edge (32) of the output end of the tube and the outer edge (33) of the damper flange, where a flow distance is formed between the flange surface and the damper flange.
