Abstract

The device for throwing a roll of securing strapping over a load on a lorry platform involves a holder maintaining the roll in an upright position during throwing, protecting it against strong wind. The holder is fitted on a lever arm which gives strength in the throwing process and maintains it at the right height to eject the roll and cause it to unwind over the load.
