Abstract
An ozone generator system (1) comprises plate-type ozone generators (2) arranged adjacent to each other in a block module having a block rack (4). The ozone generators have chambers between electrodes, for corona discharge of oxygen. The block rack has an inlet port (5) for oxygen and an outlet port (6) for ozone. Conduits (7,8) are respectively provided between the inlet port and the chamber inlet, and the outlet port and the chamber outlet. Each ozone generator arranged adjacent to each other in blocks (3), comprises a high-voltage electrode, a ground electrode and dielectric, and a chamber located between the electrodes for converting oxygen to ozone by corona discharge between the electrodes over the dielectric. Each chamber has an inlet for oxygen or an oxygen-rich gas, and an outlet for ozone. The ozone generators, arranged in a block module, have block rack adapted for fixing ozone generators into the block. An Independent claim is also included for an ozone generator arrangement.
