Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بخلية انحلال كهربي electrolysis cell بها إلكترود يعمل بانتشار الغاز gas diffusion electrode (16)، لوح إلكترود electrode plate (16، 25) يشتمل على إلكترود يعمل بانتشار الغاز ويمكن استخدامه في خلية الانحلال الكهربي هذه، وطريقة لتشغيل خلية الانحلال الكهربي هذه. يفصل الإلكترود الذي يعمل بانتشار الغاز (16) حجيرة إلكتروليت electrolyte chamber (13، 14) عن حجيرة غاز gas chamber (27، 28)، ويتم تزويد حجيرة الغاز بغاز تفاعل reaction gas يتم تحويله في الإلكترود الذي يعمل بانتشار الغاز (16). ووفقاً للاختراع، تضم حجيرة الغاز قنوات channels أولى (27) وقنوات ثانية (28) تمتد بشكل منفصل بحيث يتعين مرور غاز التفاعل خلال الإلكترود الذي يعمل بانتشار الغاز (16) جانبياً للوصول إلى القنوات الثانية (28) من القنوات الأولى (27). يمكن دعم هذا بفرض فرق ضغط، وبهذا يتاح بشكل مفيد تعيين إضافي لمتغيرات تفاعل الانحلال الكهربي electrolysis reaction الجاري. ويمكن استخدام الإلكترود الذي يعمل بانتشار الغاز (16) مع عنصر داعم support element (25)، حيث يستقبل القنوات الأولى (27) والقنوات الثانية (28) ويدع
