Abstract
يتعلق الإختراع الحالي بطريقة تحضير حفاز البلاديوم Palladium المدعم على السيليكا وذلك عن طريق تشريب ثاني أكسيد السيليكون SiO2 وهيدرات حمض السيليسيك بمحلول أسيتون من ايونات البلاديوم Palladium ثم معالجة الخليط الناتج بعدة خطوات ثم اختزالها بالهيدروجين لإنتاح حبيبات البلاديوم المدعومة بثاني أكسيد السيليكون SiO2. واستخدام المحفز المحضر بالطريقة المذكورة لإنتاج الانيلينات البنزيلية N-benzylanilines عن طريق مفاعلة البنزيل الكحولي benzyl alcohol مع النيتروبنزين nitrobinzine تحت جو من غاز الهيدروجين عند ضغط يقدر بـ 100000 باسكال.The present invention relates to a method of preparing a silica-supported palladium catalyst by impregnating SiO2 and silicic acid hydrate with an acetone solution of palladium ions, then treating the resulting mixture by several steps and then reducing it with hydrogen to produce granules of palladium supported by SiO2. And the use of the catalyst prepared by the mentioned method to produce N-benzylanilines by reacting benzyl alcohol with nitrobenzine under an atmosphere of hydrogen gas at a pressure of 100,000 Pa.
