يتعلق الاختراع بأداة نقر (tapping) وتطعيم (inoculating) الأشجار تتضمن ذراع رئيسية ممتدة (elongate main arm) لها آلية بادئة (actuating mechanism) (20) مرتبطة بأحد أطرافها ومأوى (housing) (30) مرتبط بالطرف المقابل (opposite end). تمتد آلية القطع (cutting mechanism) (40) من أحد أجناب المأوى (housing) (30) ويوضع نظام رش (spray system) (60) في تجويف (recess) في المأوى (housing) (30). يشغل بادئ تشغيل عام (universal actuator operate) كل من آلية القطع (cutting mechanism) (40) ونظام الرش (spray system) (60) عند التنشيط بواسطة آلية بدء التشغيل (actuating mechanism) (20). تقوم آلية القطع (cutting mechanism) (40) بنقر أو كشط لحاء الفرع المستهدف ويرش نظام الرش (spray system) (60) محلول يحث المنطقة المنقورة على إنتاج المزيد من العصارة والعصارة ذات الجودة الأعلى. شكل 1.
