Ортопедическая обувь для больных сахарным диабетом, имеющих диабетическую патологию стопы, состоит из связанных между собой подкладки и верха, вкладной стельки и подошвы, с элементами крепления и языком, отличающаяся тем, что в обувь введен набор дополнительной стельки-подложки, слои стельки-подложки, не скреплены между собой, а заготовка верха и подкладки скрепленной ниточным швом с мягкой основной стелькой, выполнены цельнокройными и одношовными, вкладная стелька изготовлена многослойной с возможностью исключения давления в положении стоя на суставы ступни, а набор стелек-подложек, выполнен с возможностью извлечения их из обуви, обеспечивая комфортное расположение при изменении объемных параметров стопы в течение дня, язык пристрочен на наружную поверхность верха обуви, при этом подкладка обуви и слой стельки, контактирующий со стопой выполнен из пластизота.1.
