Способ получения фторированного углерода путем обработки углеродного материала смесью инертного газа и технического фтора при температуре 320-500oС с контролем процесса фторирования по содержанию фтора в газах на входе и выходе из реакционной зоны, отличающийся тем, что процесс фторирования прерывают при соотношении концентраций фтора в газах на выходе и входе в реакционную зону равном 0,5-0,6, после чего осуществляют термодеструкцию полученного фторуглеродного материала и продолжают фторирование термодеструктивного материала до выравнивания концентраций фтора в газах на входе и выходе из реакционной зоны.1.
