Figure 00000001

где Е-РОКн - показатель нормы, определяемый для каждой лаборатории в регионе;
Figure 00000002

где Е-РОКб - показатель Е-РОК больного без Т-активина;
Е-РОКт - показатель Е-РОК больного при нагрузке Т-активином, и при значении ПОТ, равном или более 0,8, ПРТ, равном или более 1,0, диагностируют нормальное состояние организма;
A method for diagnosing an immunodeficiency state, including blood sampling, isolation of mononuclear cells, conducting a rosette reaction and evaluating the quantitative content of T cells, characterized in that they further determine the immunoreactivity of the cells in an in vitro rosette load test with T-activin concentration of 1.5 · 10 -4 μg / ml and determine the indicator of the relative content of T cells (POT) and the indicator of reactivity of T cells (PRT) according to the formulas:
Figure 00000001

where E-ROKn is the norm indicator determined for each laboratory in the region;
E-ROKb - an indicator of the patient's E-ROK,
Figure 00000002

where E-ROKb is an indicator of the patient's E-ROK without T-activin;
E-ROCK - the indicator of the patient's E-ROCK when loaded with T-activin, and when the value of POT equal to or more than 0.8, PRT equal to or more than 1.0, diagnose the normal state of the body;
with POT more than 0.8, PRT less than 1.0, diagnosed with compensated hyporeactive type 1 immunodeficiency state (IDS),
when POT less than 0.8, PRT equal to or more than 1.0 judge the presence of compensated type 2 IDS,
with POT less than 0.8, PRT less than 1.0, a decompensated type 3 of IDS is diagnosed and indications for immunocorrective therapy are determined.
