Устройство для перемещения в воздушной среде, включающее фюзеляж с хвостовым оперением в виде киля с рулем поворота и стабилизатора, нижнее крыло, верхнее крыло, руль высоты, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено опорной площадкой, механизмом передвижения верхнего крыла и дополнительным крылом, при этом опорная площадка выполнена на верхней поверхности фюзеляжа, механизм передвижения верхнего крыла состоит из двух направляющих со стойками на концах, четырех ползунов и привода в виде двух силовых цилиндров, а плоскости дополнительного крыла закреплены по бокам хвостовой части фюзеляжа, причем верхнее крыло связано с ползунами и штоком силовых цилиндров, направляющие расположены друг против друга и симметрично относительно продольной оси фюзеляжа, руль высоты смонтирован на плоскостях дополнительного крыла, размер поперечного сечения фюзеляжа одинаковый на всей длине салона, а размах крыльев определен соотношением:
