1. A method of correcting the emotional state, speech, auditory and mental activity, in which a person using a radio-electronic sound reproducing device is influenced by standard phonograms that help to develop the correct manner of sound production and speech production, characterized in that recordings of your own are used as an acoustic-semantic sample a given moment of sounding, voice and signals of the psycho-physiological reactions of his body, by which, converting them according to a given regimen the program, act on auditory analyzers, and through them on various parts of the brain, and thus stimulate its conscious activity, by enhancing the visibility of critical self-perception and unconscious activity, by forming new conditioned reflex neuro-humor relationships, train verbal communication skills and the ability to psycho-social adaptation; as well as the fact that the claimed actions can be carried out in three modes: passive - when constantly recording and reproducing your voice in the usual or altered form, immediately or after a certain time, in semi-active - when the recorded voice is voiced selectively - in an unchanged or distorted form only those phonemes that go beyond the normal voice parameters, in the active mode - when the recorded voice is compared with certain sound combinations recorded in the memory of the sound reproducing device undesirable in use, which, when pronounced, are voiced by specifically expressive tones or speech formulas that act as conditioned reflex stimuli, similarly, in an active mode, the abnormal manifestations of the physiological reactions of the human body are also voiced. 2. 2. A sound reproducing radio-electronic device for personal use for correcting the emotional state, acoustic-articulating and intellectual-volitional abilities of a person, containing systems of standard electrical devices - a microphone, touch sensors, amplification, generation, switching electromagnetic signals, recording and storage of information, acoustic systems etc., characterized in that the elements of the device are mounted according to a special scheme, according to which the perceiving, transforming, and sproizvodyaschie signal elements are connected to the functional sequence, with the simultaneous and parallel recording and reproducing the user's voice sounds.
