Claims (9)
А) 40 - 90% гетерофазной полиолефиновой композиции (А), имеющей скорость течения расплава (по измерениям в соответствии с ASTM - D 1238, условие L) в диапазоне 20 -100 г/мин; и
В) 10 - 60% частично динамически сшитой гетерофазной полиолефиновой композиции (В); где композиция (А) содержит следующие полимерные фракции (вес. ч и процентные отношения):
а) 10 - 40 частей изотактического пропиленового гомополимера, имеющего индекс изотактичности, превышающий 80, предпочтительно превышающий 90, или статического сополимера пропилена с этиленом и/или C4-C10 α-олефином, формулы CH2 = CHR, где R представляет собой C2 - С8 алкильный радикал, с индексом изотактичности в кипящем гептане больше 80; причем упомянутая фракция имеет характеристическую вязкость в пределах 0,8 - 1,3 дл/г;
b) 0 - 20 частей фракции сополимера, содержащего этилен, нерастворимый в ксилоле при комнатной температуре; и
с) 40 - 95 частей фракции сополимера этилена с пропиленом и/или C4-C10 α-олефином, формулы CH2 = CHR, где R представляет собой C1 - C8 алкильный радикал и необязательно с небольшим количеством диена; упомянутая фракция, растворимая в ксилоле при комнатной температуре, содержит этилен в количествах меньших или равных 35%;
и композиция (В) содержит следующие полимерные фракции (весовые части и процентные отношения):
i) 5 - 50 частей изотактического пропиленового гомополимера, имеющего индекс изотактичности, превышающий 80, или статического сополимера пропилена с этиленом и/или C4-C10 α-олефином, формулы СН2 = CHR, где R представляет собой C1 - C8 алкильный радикал; причем упомянутый сополимер содержит больше, чем 85%, пропилена и имеет индекс изотактичности в кипящем гептане больший, чем 80; причем упомянутая фракция имеет характеристическую вязкость в пределах 0,15 - 0,6 дл/г; ii) 50 - 90% частей фракции эластомерного полимера, частично сшитой и частично растворимой в ксилоле при комнатной температуре, содержащей этилен, пропилен и/или C4-C10 α-олефин, формулы CH2 = CHR, где R представляет собой C1 - C8 алкильный радикал, и необязательно небольшое количество диена; причем упомянутая композиция (В) содержит 20 - 92% фракции (I), растворимой в ксилоле при комнатной температуре, и содержит этилен, пропилен и/или C4-C10 α-олефин, описываемый формулой CH2 = CHR, где R представляет собой C1 - C8 алкильный радикал, и необязательно небольшое количество диена, где этилен присутствует во фракции (I) в количествах, меньших или равных 35%.1. A mixture of elastomeric thermoplastic compositions containing wt.%:
A) 40 - 90% of heterophase polyolefin composition (A), having a melt flow rate (measured in accordance with ASTM - D 1238, condition L) in the range of 20-100 g / min; and
C) 10 - 60% of a partially dynamically cross-linked heterophase polyolefin composition (B); where composition (A) contains the following polymer fractions (wt. h and percentage):
a) 10 to 40 parts of an isotactic propylene homopolymer having an isotactic index greater than 80, preferably greater than 90, or a static copolymer of propylene with ethylene and / or C 4 -C 10 α-olefin of formula CH 2 = CHR, where R is C 2 - C 8 alkyl radical, with an isotactic index in boiling heptane more than 80; moreover, the said fraction has a characteristic viscosity in the range of 0.8 - 1.3 DL / g;
b) 0 to 20 parts of a copolymer fraction containing ethylene insoluble in xylene at room temperature; and
c) 40 to 95 parts of a copolymer fraction of ethylene with propylene and / or a C 4 -C 10 α-olefin of the formula CH 2 = CHR, where R is a C 1 -C 8 alkyl radical and optionally with a small amount of a diene; the fraction soluble in xylene at room temperature contains ethylene in quantities less than or equal to 35%;
and composition (B) contains the following polymer fractions (parts by weight and percentages):
i) 5 to 50 parts of an isotactic propylene homopolymer having an isotactic index greater than 80, or a static copolymer of propylene with ethylene and / or C 4 -C 10 α-olefin of the formula CH 2 = CHR, where R is C 1 - C 8 alkyl radical; moreover, the said copolymer contains more than 85% propylene and has an isotacticity index in boiling heptane greater than 80; moreover, the said fraction has a characteristic viscosity in the range of 0.15 to 0.6 DL / g; ii) 50 - 90% parts of an elastomeric polymer fraction, partially crosslinked and partially soluble in xylene at room temperature, containing ethylene, propylene and / or C 4 -C 10 α-olefin, of the formula CH 2 = CHR, where R is C 1 - C 8 alkyl radical, and optionally a small amount of diene; moreover, said composition (B) contains 20-92% of fraction (I), soluble in xylene at room temperature, and contains ethylene, propylene and / or C 4 -C 10 α-olefin, represented by the formula CH 2 = CHR, where R is is a C 1 -C 8 alkyl radical, and optionally a small amount of a diene, where ethylene is present in fraction (I) in quantities less than or equal to 35%.
