Claims (1)

1. An expanding osteosynthesis implant containing branches (5), each of which is connected at one end with a base (7) having a passage (8), characterized in that the branches (5) and the base (7) form a hollow housing (1) which, in the “rest” position, has a common outer quasi-cylindrical configuration with a quasi-circular cross section, and part of at least the internal volume (9) of the cage (1) in the direction of the distal ends of the branches (5) has the shape of a quasi-circular truncated cone, whose large base is drawn to the base (7), and the implant has, at least e, three branches (5) and at least one spacer sleeve (2) located inside the internal volume (9), compatible with the size of the large base of the truncated cone so that when the spacer sleeve (2) is placed in the desired position, no internal parts does not remain in the space bounded by the branches (5), the spacer sleeve (2) and the passage (8). 2. Implant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that the base (7) has at least two planes (6), each of which is located between two adjacent branches (5).  5. The implant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, characterized in that the passage (6) at the base (7) is adapted to receive the plug (3) for closing the internal volume (9) of the clip (1).  6. The implant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5, characterized in that the internal surfaces of the branches (5), limiting the internal volume (9) of the clip (1), are smooth, and the volume at its distal end has an axial recess (12), replenished with the possibility of receiving a spacer sleeve (21) and holding it with a step (13), having a diameter greater than the diameter of the inner volume (9) of the holder in the "working" position.  7. The implant according to claim 6, characterized in that the spacer sleeve (22) includes a threaded axial bore (14) adapted to receive a mounting rod that can be removed, and at least the end of the rod also has a compatible thread.  8. Implant according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the spacer sleeve (2) includes at least two keys (18) located symmetrically relative to the implant axis, and the width e of the keys does not exceed the required distance between the distal ends of two adjacent branches (5).  9. The implant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5, characterized in that the internal surfaces of the branches (5), limiting the internal volume (9) of the holder (1), are threaded, while the spacer sleeve (21) also has a compatible thread.  10. The implant according to claim 9, characterized in that the holder (1) has at least one intermediate, second spacer sleeve (4) having the same thread as the end face of the spacer sleeve (21).  11. Implant on PP. 9 and 10, characterized in that the spacer sleeves (21, 4) have corresponding axial passages (16) of a polygonal configuration, configured to receive a removable rod having at least one male end of a compatible configuration for actuating them and installing them in place.  12. The implant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-11, characterized in that the overall outer configuration of the cage (1) is a cylinder, whose forming line, which forms it by rotating around its axis of symmetry XX, has a curved middle part, such as a round arc of large radius, giving the cage ovoid longitudinal cross section.
