Claims (7)
1) введение жидкой смолы в смесительную камеру, соединенную с распылительной насадкой, имеющей сопло и распыляющее устройство,

3) введение усиливающего наполнителя в полость, окружающую смесительную камеру, и введение усиливающего наполнителя в конвергентный факел распыла вне распылительной насадки так, чтобы зона низкого давления заставляла усиливающий наполнитель втягиваться в конвергентный факел распыла жидкой смолы до контактного взаимодействия с подложкой,
4) введение пенообразователя в жидкую смолу в смесителе до подачи к соплу в соответствии с этапом 1),
5) контактное взаимодействие смеси смолы, пенообразователя и усиливающего наполнителя с подложкой.7. A method of coating a substrate, comprising
1) introducing liquid resin into a mixing chamber connected to a spray nozzle having a nozzle and a spray device,
2) the creation of a low pressure zone, due to the passage of the liquid resin through the nozzle and the spraying of the liquid resin with gas passing through the spray device,
3) introducing the reinforcing filler into the cavity surrounding the mixing chamber and introducing the reinforcing filler into the convergent spray jet outside the spray nozzle so that the low pressure zone causes the reinforcing filler to be drawn into the convergent spray jet of liquid resin before contacting the substrate,
4) the introduction of the foaming agent into the liquid resin in the mixer before being fed to the nozzle in accordance with step 1),
5) contact interaction of the mixture of resin, foaming agent and reinforcing filler with the substrate.
