Claims (8)

1. A cosmetic composition comprising:
(A) a mixture of: (1) an organosiloxane resin; and (2) a liquid diorganopolysiloxane polymer, wherein the ratio of (1) to (2) is from about 1: 1 to about 20: 1, if (2) has a viscosity of from about 1000 to about 200,000 cSt at 25 ° C and the ratio of (1) to (2) is from about 1: 9 to about 20: 1, in the event that (2) has a viscosity of more than 200,000 cSt at 25 ° C; and
(B) a volatile carrier.  2. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said composition, after its application, forms an abrasion resistant film, as measured using a dry stain and abrasion test, as well as an oil stain and abrasion test, each from these tests showed that the average normalized reflectance is 50% or more.  3. A cosmetic composition for applying to the lips, which, after applying it, forms an abrasion resistant elastic film, where the elasticity of this film is measured using an elasticity test, which showed that the average weight loss of this film is 30% or less, and where abrasion resistance is measured using a dry stain and abrasion test, as well as an oil stain and abrasion test, each of these tests showing that the average normalized reflectance is 50% or more.  4. The cosmetic composition according to claim 3, containing: a. organosiloxane resin, b. liquid diorganopolysiloxane polymer; with. pigment; and d. a volatile carrier capable of solubilizing said organosiloxane resin, preferably selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon oils, silicone oils, and mixtures thereof, most preferably isododecane, said silicone fluid having a viscosity in excess of 1000 cSt, and preferably a viscosity in excess of 600,000 cSt at 25 ° C; the ratio of silicone polymer fluid to pigment is from about 1: 1 to about 30: 1, and the ratio of organosiloxane resin to silicone polymer fluid is from about 1:10 to about 3.5: 1. 5. The cosmetic composition according to claim 4, characterized in that the organosiloxane resin comprises units “M” R ₃ SiO _1/2 , units “D” R ₂ SiO, units “T” RSiO _3/2 , and units “Q”, SiO ₂ , and mixtures thereof, and preferably, units “M” R ₃ SiO _1/2 and units “Q”, SiO ₂ , selected in a ratio that satisfies the formula: R _n SiO _{(4-n) / 2} , and is preferably 0.7; n represents the number 1.0 - 1.50, and R represents a methyl group, where the specified resin is solid at 25 ° C, has a molecular weight in the range of 1000 - 10000 grams / mol, and dissolves in organic solvents. 6. The cosmetic composition according to claim 5, characterized in that the liquid diorganopolysiloxane polymers contain repeating units of the formula (R ₂ SiO), preferably having triorganosilyl groups of the formula (R ₃ Si) at its end, where R represents a side hydrocarbon group containing 1-6 carbon atoms, and preferably selected from groups such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, amyl, hexyl, vinyl, allyl, cyclohexyl, aminoalkyl, phenyl, fluoroalkyl, and mixtures thereof; and R 'represents a monovalent hydrocarbon radical selected from the group consisting of 1-6 carbon atoms, hydroxyl groups, alkoxyl groups and mixtures thereof, and preferably polydimethylsiloxane.  7. The method of applying the composition according to p. 3, comprising the following stages: a. applying the composition directly to the skin or hair using a suitable applicator; and b. curing said composition to form a dry film before it is processed.  8. The method according to claim 7, characterized in that it further includes the step of applying an additional product to the dried film, where, after applying the specified additional product, said composition is not destroyed.
