Способ закрепления труб в трубных решетках, при котором на внешних поверхностях концов трубы выполняют кольцевые выступы трапециевидного поперечного сечения, устанавливают трубу в трубное отверстие, имеющее кольцевые канавки прямоугольного поперечного сечения, совмещая кольцевые выступы на трубе с кольцевыми канавками трубного отверстия, фиксируют трубу от возможного перемещения с последующим ее закреплением в трубной решетке посредством приложения сжимающего усилия на внутреннюю поверхность трубы, например, механической вальцовкой, отличающийся тем, что кольцевые выступы выполняют диаметром, равным внешнему диаметру трубы, для чего концы трубы предварительно обжимают, формирование одного из кольцевых выступов осуществляют пластическим течением материала трубы в направлении, не совпадающем с направлением приложения деформирующего усилия, а в процессе закрепления трубы ее кольцевые выступы трапециевидного поперечного сечения пластически формообразуют в кольцевые выступы ступенчатого поперечного сечения, для чего по периметру кромок кольцевых канавок выполняют кольцевые углубления диаметром не более 1,02 D и шириной, не превышающей 16,7% от ширины канавки, где D - диаметр трубного отверстия.A method of securing pipes in tube sheets, in which annular protrusions of a trapezoidal cross section are made on the outer surfaces of the pipe ends, the pipe is installed in a pipe hole having ring grooves of rectangular cross section, combining the ring protrusions on the pipe with ring grooves of the pipe hole, fix the pipe from possible movement with its subsequent fixing in the tube sheet by applying a compressive force to the inner surface of the pipe, for example, mechanical rollers oh, characterized in that the annular protrusions have a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, for which the ends of the pipe are pre-crimped, the formation of one of the annular protrusions is carried out by plastic flow of the pipe material in a direction that does not coincide with the direction of application of the deforming force, and in the process of fixing the pipe the annular protrusions of the trapezoidal cross section are plastically shaped into the annular protrusions of a stepped cross section, for which, along the perimeter of the edges of the annular grooves, they take annular recesses with a diameter of not more than 1.02 D and a width not exceeding 16.7% of the width of the groove, where D is the diameter of the pipe hole.
