2. Брикет по п. 1 отличающийся тем, что мелкодисперсный оксидный материал содержит, мас.%: 7)

Способ получения углеродосодержащих брикетов для производства металлов и сплавов, включающий смешение мелкодисперсного оксидного материала, коксовой или угольной мелочи и связующего, выбранного из группы: лигносульфонат, меласса, брикетирование смеси при давлении не менее 1 МПа, последующую термообработку брикетов при температуре не менее 100°С и охлаждение, отличающийся тем, что в качестве оксидного материала используют твердый остаток газоочисток руднотермических печей для выплавки ферросплавов с содержанием оксидов кремния или хрома, или марганца, или их смесей не менее 20 мас.%, термообработку брикетов ведут при 100 - 900oС в течение 5 - 50 мин при следующем соотношении компонентов в брикете, мас.%:
Твердый остаток газоочисток руднотермических печей для выплавки ферросплавов с содержанием оксидов кремния или хрома, или марганца, или их смесей не менее 20 мас.% - 15 - 65
Cвязующее, выбранное из группы: лигносульфонат, меласса, каменноугольная смола, смесь отработанного машинного масла с отработанным активным илом, смесь нефтешлама с отработанным активным илом, смесь лигносульфоната с отработанным машинным маслом, или с нефтешламом, или с известью - 5-15
Коксовая или угольная мелочь - Остальное
