Claims (1)

Способ получения экологически чистого дизельного топлива путем перегонки нефти с выделением керосиновой и дизельной фракций, каталитической гидроочистки последней при повышенных температуре и давлении водорода с использованием послойно загруженных алюмокобальтмолибденового (АКМ) и алюмоникельмолибденового (АНМ) катализаторов, отличающийся тем, что при перегонке нефти выделяют фракции (160:190)-300oC и (300-310)-390oC, далее смешивают их в соотношении 70:30-30:70 мас.%, полученную смесь подвергают гидроочистке в присутствии плотно расположенных по ходу сырья слоев катализаторов: АНМ сферической формы диаметром 2,8-4,2 мм и двух слоев АКМ, изготовленных в форме трилистника диаметром 1,8-2,6 и 1,3-1,8 мм соответственно при массовом соотношении слоев (1,0-1,5):10:(30-35), причем катализаторы предварительно осерняют прямогонной дизельной фракцией с облегченным концом кипения, не превышающем 340oC и содержанием серы 0,4-1,0 мас.% при ступенчатом подъеме температуры до 160-200, 220-240 и 300-340oC с выдержкой при каждой температуре 1-2 ч, при этом гидроочистку сырья проводят при температуре 330-370oC, давлении 2,5-4,0 МПа, объемной скорости подачи сырья 3,0-4,5 ч-1, а полученный гидрогенизат подвергают стабилизации при температуре: верха колонны 115-160oC, низа 250-320oC, при давлении 0,1-1,2 МПа с получением целевого топлива фракции (160-190)-380oC.A method of producing environmentally friendly diesel fuel by distillation of oil with the separation of kerosene and diesel fractions, catalytic hydrotreating of the latter at elevated temperature and pressure of hydrogen using layer-loaded alumina-cobalt-molybdenum (AKM) and alumina-nickel-molybdenum (ASM) catalysts, characterized in that fractions ( 160: 190) -300 o C and (300-310) -390 o C, further admixed in a ratio of 70: 30-30:. 70% by weight, the resulting mixture is subjected to hydrotreating in the presence of closely spaced with respect to x to the raw materials of the catalyst layers: a spherical ASM with a diameter of 2.8-4.2 mm and two AKM layers made in the form of a trefoil with a diameter of 1.8-2.6 and 1.3-1.8 mm, respectively, with a mass ratio of layers (1 , 0-1.5): 10: (30-35), and the catalysts are pre-sulfurized with a straight-run diesel fraction with a light boiling point not exceeding 340 o C and a sulfur content of 0.4-1.0 wt.% With stepwise temperature rise to 160-200, 220-240 and 300-340 o C and held at each temperature was 1-2 h, the hydrotreated feedstock is carried out at a temperature of 330-370 o C, pressure 2.5-4.0 MPa, volumetrically the feed rate 3.0-4.5 h -1, and the resultant is subjected to stabilization gidrogenizat temperature: overhead 115-160 o C, the bottom of 250-320 o C, at a pressure of 0.1-1.2 MPa, to give the desired fuel fraction (160-190) -380 o C.
