Устройство для лазерной терапии, содержащее последовательно соединенные блок питания, микропроцессорный блок управления и оптический блок с полупроводниковыми лазерными источниками, излучающими в видимой и ИК областях спектра, и сменный волоконно-оптический инструмент, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено волоконно-оптическим преобразователем для сведения излучения источников, выполненных в виде полупроводниковых лазерных диодов, выход которого связан со входом сменного волоконно-оптического инструмента, при этом микропроцессорный блок управления выполнен с возможностью обеспечения раздельной или совместной работы лазерных диодов при различных параметрах излучения в видимой и ИК областях спектра: длительности, мощности и частоте модуляции.A laser therapy device comprising a serially connected power supply unit, a microprocessor control unit and an optical unit with semiconductor laser sources emitting in the visible and IR spectral regions, and a replaceable fiber-optic instrument, characterized in that it is equipped with a fiber-optic converter for converting radiation sources made in the form of semiconductor laser diodes, the output of which is connected to the input of a replaceable fiber-optic instrument, while microprocessor the control unit is configured to provide separate or joint operation of the laser diodes with various radiation parameters in the visible and IR spectral regions: duration, power and modulation frequency.
