Устройство для акустического контроля свойств твердых материалов, содержащее последовательно соединенные электронный ключ, усилитель; второй усилитель, отличающееся тем, что включает электродинамический излучатель, виброакустический датчик, аналого-цифровой преобразователь, электронно-вычислительную машину, при этом выход первого усилителя соединен со входом электродинамического преобразователя, вход второго усилителя подключен к выходу виброакустического датчика, а выходы второго усилителя - первый ко входу электронного ключа, второй - к входу аналого-цифрового преобразователя, выход аналого-цифрового преобразователя соединен со входом электронно-вычислительной машины, выход которой подключен к управляющему входу электронного ключа, причем в качестве виброакустического датчика используется пьезоэлектрический датчик, а электродинамический излучатель располагается на расстоянии не более 20 мм от исследуемого объекта.A device for acoustic control of the properties of solid materials, containing a series-connected electronic key, amplifier; a second amplifier, characterized in that it includes an electrodynamic emitter, a vibroacoustic sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, an electronic computer, while the output of the first amplifier is connected to the input of the electrodynamic converter, the input of the second amplifier is connected to the output of the vibroacoustic sensor, and the outputs of the second amplifier are the first to the input of the electronic key, the second to the input of the analog-to-digital converter, the output of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to the input of the electronic-computer machine, the output of which is connected to the control input of the electronic key, and as a vibroacoustic sensor uses a piezoelectric sensor, and an electrodynamic transducer is located at a distance of not more than 20 mm from the test object.
