Многолучевой клистрон, содержащий пролетные каналы, магнитные полюсные наконечники и резонаторы, в зазорах взаимодействия которых все электронные пучки расположены в зоне одной полуволны электрического поля, отличающийся тем, что отверстия пролетных каналов расположены линейно в два ряда, расстояния между любыми соседними отверстиями одинаковы, резонаторы выполнены в виде отрезков закороченных на концах волноводов, расположенных перпендикулярно осям пролетных каналов и параллельно плоскости, на которой лежат оси пролетных каналов одного ряда; причем длина L каждого ряда отверстий подчиняется соотношению

где λв - длина волны в волноводах, образующих резонаторы клистрона.
