Способ получения биологически активных веществ, предусматривающий проведение автолиза дрожжей, отделение жидкой фракции автолизата от твердой и внесение части отделенной жидкой фракции автолизата в следующие циклы автолиза дрожжей, заключающиеся в выдерживании полученной смеси дрожжей и отделенной жидкой фракции автолизата при постоянной температуре и перемешивании до достижения в автолизате заданного содержания аминного азота, отличающийся тем, что твердую фракцию фильтруют, промывают водой, отделяют промывные воды и добавляют их в смесь дрожжей и отделенной жидкой фракции автолизата.1.
