Claims (1)

Способ обработки поверхности металлической аппаратуры для эксплуатации в растворах перекиси водорода, включающий обезжиривание, механическую очистку поверхности и пассивирование в растворе перекиси водорода, отличающийся тем, что механическую очистку поверхности осуществляют путем пневмоабразивной обработки при давлении струи 0,1-0,6 МПа и величине угла атаки абразива 45-90o с расстояния от обрабатываемой поверхности 50-300 мм, причем в качестве абразива используют материал, содержащий не менее 98% оксида алюминия с размером зерна основной фракции 60-500 мкм.A method of surface treatment of metal equipment for use in hydrogen peroxide solutions, including degreasing, mechanical cleaning of the surface and passivation in a hydrogen peroxide solution, characterized in that the mechanical cleaning of the surface is carried out by pneumatic abrasive treatment at a jet pressure of 0.1-0.6 MPa and an angle 45-90 o abrasive attack with distance from the surface to be treated of 50-300 mm, wherein an abrasive material comprises at least 98% aluminum oxide with a grain size of the primary RAC 60-500 microns.
