Способ определения активности патологического процесса в тестах оценки функциональной активности лимфоцитов в реакции Е-розеткообразования, отличающийся тем, что, с целью совершенствования способа диагностики активности патологических процессов, определения различных стадий развития заболеваний одним лабораторным методом, а также создания универсального экономичного и простого подхода к диагностике заболеваний различной нозологической принадлежности, в основе которых лежат воспалительные реакции, используется инкубация выделенной из крови лимфоцитарной взвеси в течение 90 мин с лекарственным препаратом иммуномодулирующего действия, содержащим естественные пептиды тимического или костно-мозгового происхождения, а затем после 2-минутного центрифугирования инкубация продолжается с эритроцитами барана в течение 18 ч, а затем рассчитывается индекс чувствительности по формуле:
