Claims (1)

Способ лечения злокачественных опухолей кости и метастазов в кость остеолитического характера, включающий проведение дистанционной гамма-терапии, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно вводят клодронат (бонефос) перорально 11 - 16 г или внутривенно 2,1 -4,2 г в течение 7 - 10 дней до лучевой терапии, в течение всего курса лучевой терапии и в последующие три месяца назначают ежедневный пероральный прием клодроната (бонефоса) по 800 мГ дважды в день, при этом лучевую терапии проводят интенсивно-концентрированным курсом при разовой очаговой суточной дозе 4 - 5 Гр в режиме ежедневного облучения до суммарной курсовой очаговой дозы 20 - 25 Гр.A method for treating malignant bone tumors and bone metastases of an osteolytic nature, including remote gamma therapy, characterized in that clodronate (Bonephos) is additionally administered orally 11-16 g or intravenously 2.1-4.2 g for 7-10 days prior to radiation therapy, throughout the course of radiation therapy and the next three months, a daily oral administration of clodronate (bonophos) of 800 mg twice a day is prescribed, while radiation therapy is carried out in an intensively concentrated course with a single focal daily up to e 4 - 5 Gy radiation daily mode to a total exchange focal dose 20 - 25 Gy.
