Устройство для измерения сверхбольших токов, содержащее магнитооптический датчик с чувствительным элементом в виде протяженного световода из магнитооптического материала, и измерительно-вычислительный блок, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит n - 1 магнитооптических датчиков, причем положение оптического входа световода каждого из n магнитооптических датчиков, совпадает с оптическим выходом световода соседнего датчика так, что световоды всех датчиков образуют замкнутый односвязный контур, охватывающий только токопровод с измеряемым током, а выходы n магнитооптических датчиков соединены с соответствующими им входами измерительно-вычислительного блока, число n выбирается из условия
