где B - разница между средним давлением в легочной артерии и средним давлением в левом предсердии, при этом B рассчитывают по известной формуле: В = предположительное общее легочное сопротивление *МОК/80;
A method for diagnosing chronic heart failure by determining the diastolic function of the left ventricle, characterized in that the end-diastolic pressure of the left ventricle (CDD) is determined using the mean pressure in the pulmonary artery according to the formula:
KDD = Avg. pressure in LA-B + 2,
where B is the difference between the average pressure in the pulmonary artery and the average pressure in the left atrium, while B is calculated according to the well-known formula: B = estimated total pulmonary resistance * MOK / 80;
2 - the usual difference between the average pressure in the left atrium and of course - the diastolic pressure in the left ventricle in mm RT. Art.
