Способ лечения язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки по Л.В. Дубининой путем введения репаративно-регенеративного препарата, отличающийся тем, что в качестве репаративно-регенеративного препарата используют випраксин и дополнительно применяют 2%-ный раствор лидокаина (тримекаина), причем общую разовую дозу препаратов определяют из расчета 0,01-0,02 мл на 1 кг веса больного, а начальное содержание випраксина 25-50% от общей разовой дозы, введение осуществляют в виде подкожных или внутрикожных инъекций 1 раз в 24 часа обкалыванием по брюшной стенке проекции желудка, при этом 5-10 инъекций проводят, увеличивая равными долями содержание випраксина в общей разовой дозе от начального до 100%, после чего продолжают инъекции, снижая содержание випраксина в общей разовой дозе в обратном порядке от 100% до начального.A method for the treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer according to L.V.
