Способ сушки пеноматериалов путем позонного ступенчатого подъема температуры и выдержки при температуре выше 200oС, отличающийся тем, что перед поступлением на конвективную сушку исходная пеномасса предварительно обезвоживается с помощью создаваемого вакуумным устройством разрежения 100 - 500 мм возд. ст. под ковром пеномассы в течение 30 - 120 с. до достижения влагосодержания материала 600 - 700%, а последующую термообработку пеномассы осуществляют по режиму: в первой зоне при (75 ± 2)oС до достижения влагосодержания материала 500 - 600%, во второй зоне при (85 ± 2)oС до достижения влагосодержания материала 400 - 500%, в третьей зоне при (95 ± 2)oC до достижения влагосодержания материала 300 - 400%, в четвертой зоне при (105 ± 3)oC до достижения влагосодержания материала 200 - 300%, в пятой зоне при (115 ± 3)oС до достижения влагосодержания материала 100 - 200%, в шестой зоне при (130 ± 5)oC до достижения влагосодержания материала 1 - 3%, а выдержку проводят при воздействии источника инфракрасного излучения при 230 - 250oC в течение 10 - 30 мин.A method of drying foams by stepwise incremental temperature rise and holding at a temperature above 200 o C, characterized in that before entering the convective drying, the initial foam mass is pre-dehydrated using a vacuum of 100 - 500 mm air.
