Claims (2)
1. Гильза троакара, содержащая корпус со сквозным осевым отверстием, трубку, соединенную с корпусом, и клапанный затвор, установленный в корпусе и перекрывающий осевое отверстие, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит переходную втулку с инструментальным осевым каналом, разъемно установленную в корпусе, а клапанный затвор выполнен в виде двухстворчатого клапана и соединен с втулкой разъемно.
2. Гильза по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена пластиной с размещенными на ней вставками, выполненными под инструментальный канал втулки и имеющими отверстия различных диаметров.
