Способ детоксикации организма при развитии эндотоксикоза у больных хрониосепсисом, включающий ультрафиолетовое облучение крови (УФОК) и экстракорпоральную детоксикацию организма (ЭКД), отличающийся тем, что больным в раннем послеоперационном периоде, начиная с 1 - 2-х суток, проводят сеансы УФОК, затем дополнительно выполняют сеансы ЭКД по показаниям и при улучшении состояния ЭКД прекращают, а УФОК продолжают до 10 сеансов за курс.A method of detoxifying the body during the development of endotoxemia in patients with chroniosepsis, including ultraviolet irradiation of the blood (UFO) and extracorporeal detoxification of the body (ECD), characterized in that patients in the early postoperative period, starting from 1 to 2 days, undergo UFOK sessions, then additionally perform ECD sessions according to indications, and upon improvement of the state of ECD, they stop, and UFOK continues up to 10 sessions per course.
