Claims (1)

1. The method of photodynamic therapy of malignant tumors, including the introduction of a photosensitizer into the patient’s body and irradiation of the tumor growth zone to achieve a therapeutic concentration of the photosensitizer in this zone with therapeutic optical radiation absorbed by the photosensitizer, a power density of 100-800 mW / cm 2 and a light dose of 100-500 J / cm 2 , characterized in that immediately before the introduction of the photosensitizer, the tumor growth zone is irradiated with low-intensity laser radiation with a power density of 5- 200 mW / cm 2 and a light dose of 2-20 J / cm 2 , during or immediately after the introduction of the photosensitizer, the said zone is irradiated with optical radiation absorbed by the photosensitizer, with a power density of 20-800 mW / cm 2 and a light dose of 20-60 J / cm 2
2. The method of photodynamic therapy according to claim 1, characterized in that the irradiation of the tumor growth zone with low-intensity laser radiation is carried out in the spectral range of 0.8-0.9 microns.
