Устройство для затяжки разъемной станины пресса и выделение его из распора, содержащее силовой гидравлический узел, установленный на стяжной шпильке и выполненный в виде ряда силовых плунжерных цилиндров, равноудаленных от оси шпильки, гайку и прокладки, отличающееся тем, что верхняя часть каждой шпильки снабжена шайбой, установленной между гайкой и верхней частью станины, на горизонтальной плоскости которой под каждой из этих шайб, в станине образованы боковые выступы, а гидравлический узел размещен в этой шайбе таким образом, что плунжера с манжетами смонтированы в глухих отверстиях, выполненных в упомянутой шайбе, с возможностью контактирования верхних торцев последних с гайкой через проставки, размещенные в радиальных пазах вышеуказанной шайбы, позволяющих поочередный боковой демонтаж плунжеров с манжетами через упомянутые пазы, причем в упомянутой гайке выполнен ряд сквозных отверстий, равноудаленных от оси шпильки, каждое из которых соосно с соответствующим глухим отверстием шайбы, а в верхних торцах плунжеров выполнены резьбовые отверстия.1.
