Способ разработки нефтегазовых месторождений, включающий бурение скважин и вскрытие продуктивных интервалов с последующим отбором флюида из эксплуатационных скважин при режимах текущих критических безгазовых дебитов, отличающийся тем, что в процессе отбора флюидов осуществляют контроль за текущим безгазовым дебитом нефти по каждой скважине и при достижении его величины 10 - 40% от величины начального критического безгазового дебита нефти производят последовательный перевод соответствующих указанному условию скважин в режим нагнетательных, в которые осуществляют закачку рабочего агента с темпом не более суммарного темпа отбора жидкости из эксплуатационных скважин, причем количество эксплуатационных скважин, переводимых в режим нагнетательных, соответствует условию поддержания пластового давления на уровне начального.A method of developing oil and gas fields, including drilling wells and opening productive intervals with subsequent selection of fluid from production wells under the regimes of current critical gas-free flow rates, characterized in that during the selection of fluids, the current gas-free flow rate of oil is monitored for each well and when its value is 10 - 40% of the value of the initial critical gas-free oil flow rate sequentially transfers the wells corresponding to the specified condition to the injection mode plant, in which the working agent is pumped at a rate of not more than the total rate of fluid withdrawal from production wells, and the number of production wells transferred to injection mode corresponds to the condition of maintaining reservoir pressure at the initial level.
