Датчик давления, содержащий корпус, основание, круглую мембрану, кварцедержатель, плоский дисковый кварцевый пьезоэлемент, установленный на поверхность кварцедержателя параллельно мембране с образованием зазора так, что центры дискового пьезоэлемента и мембраны совпадают с продольной осью кварцедержателя, и два круглых электрода, первым из которых является мембрана, а второй нанесен на поверхность пьезоэлемента, противоположную мембране, в центральной его части, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно введены металлическое опорное кольцо, наружный диаметр которого равен наружному диаметру мембраны, заклепка с цилиндрической головкой, упругий элемент с отверстием в центре и регулировочный винт со сферическим концом, причем упомянутый регулировочный винт установлен в резьбовое отверстие в центре донной части металлического основания соосно с ним и имеет точечный механический контакт с плоской поверхностью головки заклепки, образующей неразъемное соединение кварцедержателя с упругим элементом, жестко защемленным по периметру между внутренним выступом основания и верхней поверхностью опорного кольца, нижняя поверхность которого является опорой металлической мембраны, опорное кольцо своей наружной цилиндрической поверхностью соединено ходовой посадкой с внутренней проточкой в основании, ограниченной по глубине у донной части последнего внутренним выступом, а верхняя и нижняя поверхности опорного кольца и поверхность внутреннего выступа основания параллельны поверхности кварцедержателя и соосны с ним.A pressure sensor comprising a housing, a base, a circular membrane, a quartz holder, a flat disk quartz piezoelectric element mounted on the surface of the quartz holder parallel to the membrane to form a gap so that the centers of the disk piezoelectric element and membrane coincide with the longitudinal axis of the quartz holder, and two round electrodes, the first of which is the membrane, and the second is deposited on the surface of the piezoelectric element opposite to the membrane in its central part, characterized in that a metal support ring is additionally introduced about, the outer diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the membrane, a rivet with a cylindrical head, an elastic element with a hole in the center and an adjusting screw with a spherical end, said adjusting screw being installed in a threaded hole in the center of the bottom of the metal base coaxially with it and has point mechanical contact with a flat surface of the rivet head, forming an integral connection of the quartz holder with an elastic element rigidly clamped around the perimeter between the inner protrusion of the base and the upper surface of the support ring, the lower surface of which is the support of the metal membrane, the support ring is connected by its outer cylindrical surface with a landing fit to the internal groove in the base, limited in depth at the bottom of the latter with an internal protrusion, and the upper and lower surfaces of the support ring and the surface of the internal protrusion of the base parallel to the surface of the quartz holder and aligned with it.
