Способ получения сложных эфиров этерификацией дикарбоновой кислоты или ангидрида спиртом в присутствии титансодержащего катализатора при повышенной температуре и пониженном давлении, отличающийся тем, что в качестве титансодержащего катализатора используют тетраметоксититан или тетраизопропоксититан, этерификацию проводят при температуре 150 - 170oC и давлении 200 - 60 мм рт.ст.1.
