Description

The utility model relates to means for the quick and safe removal of wood ticks and the like parasites that have sucked on the skin of humans and animals, and can be used both by individuals and by specialists in medical and veterinary institutions. The quickest removal of the tick after it is sucked onto the skin of a person or animal significantly reduces the risk of infection by pathogens carried by this tick.

A device for removing ticks is known consisting of a body with a handle and a device for fixing a tick. In this device, the housing is made of elastic wire, curved in the form of a clamp. This device allows you to effectively remove ticks. However, the implementation of the housing and the lower part as a whole does not allow to repair the device due to the inability to disassemble it. In the event of a break, for example, of the gripping loop, the entire device must be thrown away. In addition, when removing the tick there is no supporting platform for resting on the human or animal body.

The technical result is the usability of the device, due to its support on the body of a person or animal, as well as the possibility of its repair in the event of failure of any part.
